Description of Service

Respirix is a guided breathing and wellness application that provides visual and audio cues for structured breathing sessions. It optionally connects to Bluetooth heart rate monitors for biofeedback.

Not Medical Advice

Respirix is a wellness tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any breathing program, especially if you have cardiovascular, respiratory, or other medical conditions.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that breathing exercises can cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or other effects. You use Respirix at your own risk. If you feel unwell during a session, stop immediately and breathe normally.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Respirix and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Respirix are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Respirix at any time by deleting the app from your device. All locally stored data will be removed with the app.
